1. What is the meaning of MOQ?  

   MOQ means minimum quantity. For most items, the minimum order quantity is 300pcs-500pcs/Item/color. And for some hot items available from stock, it can be as low as        50pcs/item/color.

   2. What about your Trade Term?

   As usual, we would quote by EXW or FOB Guangzhou if you don’t have special requirements.  

   3. What about the Payment Term?

   Usually, we accept T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) for new customers and small orders, and Irrevocable L/C at sight for VIP customers and large orders.

   4. Can I get free samples?

   For the sample we have in stock, we always provide it for free.

   For the sample we need to make a new one for you, we would collect sample charge, but which can be reimbursed as part of payment for the orders you placed.

   5. What about the Shipping Method and Cost？

   It depends on your requirements. We can help you choose the best way to ship the goods if you don’t have a shipping forwarder in China.

   Shipping cost is based on the weight of the product, shipping address and type of service level. Before placing the order, our salesman will offer kinds of shipping method        and cost for your reference.

   6. What is your standard packaging? Can I do Customized Packaging？

   Our standard package is poly bag for each product.

   Customized packaging is welcome, our professional designers will help you design packaging. Minimum order quantity is 1000pcs to 3000pcs per design.
